Dr. Willie F. Kelley II
Dr. Willie Kelley is a native of Acres Homes in Houston, Texas, and a first-generation college graduate in his family. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance from Texas Southern University, a Master’s degree in Educational Administration at Prairie View A&M University, and his Doctorate in Executive Educational Leadership from Houston Christian University. Dr. Kelley began his career as a paraprofessional and currently serves as a Middle School Assistant Principal in Conroe ISD. Previously, he served as a High School Assistant Principal, Assistant Director of Transportation, a secondary general education teacher and coach in both high school and middle schools. Dr. Kelley also serves as a solution-based consultant for education agencies, non-profit and for-profit organizations. He believes all youth can have a pathway to a better life through appropriate academic curricula and practices that cater to the whole child. He combines servant leadership with transformational leadership to build the capacity of instructional staff for optimum student success.
