About ME

Dr. Willie F. Kelley II has dedicated his career to transforming educational outcomes through innovative approaches to teaching, leadership, and community engagement. With over 18 years of experience in education, Dr. Kelley has worked with schools, districts, and organizations across the country to develop strategies that bridge gaps between educators, families, and communities.

After earning his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Stanford University, Dr. Kelley developed the R.I.S.E. Method™ based on his research into effective communication strategies between schools and families. This groundbreaking approach has been implemented in over 50 school districts nationwide, with documented improvements in student achievement and parental involvement.

As a former classroom teacher and school administrator, Dr. Kelley brings practical experience to his consulting work. He understands the challenges facing today’s educators and provides realistic, actionable solutions that can be implemented in diverse educational settings.
